Welcome, Lloyd Pilchen

Lloyd Pilchen joins Colantuono & Levin’s municipal advisory practice in our Los Angeles office. Lloyd brings considerable experience after ten years’ practice in land use, development, environmental, and municipal law. Lloyd has represented private clients in projects ranging from large-tract subdivisions and multi-family developments to commercial, institutional and religious uses. He negotiated and prepared complex agreements for wastewater treatment infrastructure and service, guided clients in landlord-tenant and rent control issues, and litigated land use decisions.

He also consulted with the Hawthorne City Attorney’s office and drafted substantial portions of Hawthorne’s Municipal Code, reviewed and prepared contracts, and prosecuted code violations.
